Population health is a burgeoning field that holds great potential for revolutionizing the way that healthcare is carried out. But before this potential can be realized, there are some hurdles that need be overcome.


New York Presbyterian is placing emphasis on patient-centric atmosphere. In doing so, NYP is helping to foster a culture of innovation that will undoubtedly reverberate across the healthcare industry. 


The ultimate goal of the population health paradigm is the Triple Aim: better care, better health, and lower costs. In this presentation, I take a look at how the healthcare industry can move toward that goal.


A whole host of individuals are responsible for carrying out the daily functions of the healthcare system. But when it comes to shaping the industry, some of the most influential people are often founds outside of any hospital.
